Once your return parcel arrives to our warehouse, it will take up to 5-7 business days for our team to process your return order. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation notice on the return.

If the package has already been shipped, we will have the courier return the package back to us. Once we have received the package, we will be able to process the cancellation.
